Somatic Energy Alignment is a powerful practice that facilitates the restoration of our innate state of abundant flow by releasing stagnant energy and physical imprints stemming from past traumatic or stressful experiences.

Both facilitators Santi and Elina will hold a space for your deep healing, transformation and connection allowing to experience the a journey towards liberation from anything that no longer serves you.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE SESSION:

You will need a yoga mat or blanket, towel to lie down. We will need to see your full body in a seated position and when you will be laying down. Important that your camera is switched on. It is better to join the session from your laptop rather than phoen or a tablet. For the best sound, please use your earphones.

You don't need to have a previous experience or speak fluently in English. People join these sessions from all over the world.
