Somatic Energy Alignment Masterclass
One day of exploration, practice, and connection with fellow practitioners.
Skilled hands on work rests on more than technique. It asks for sensitivity, accuracy, embodied presence, and the capacity to respond to the person in front of you. This masterclass is a focused day to develop exactly that, in the room, in practice, alongside practitioners who take this work as seriously as you do.
The day moves in two parts.
Part One
Reading the Body and Refining Touch. We turn attention to the quality, precision, and intention of touch. You will practice observing and reading both physical and energetic dynamics, recognizing patterns of tension and restriction, noticing asymmetry and areas where movement or breath feels limited, and learning to respond without forcing the body. This is not about diagnosing or imposing an interpretation. It is about sharpening observation, sensitivity, and responsive contact.
