The archetype of the Great Mother represents our connection with love, abundance, safety, and nurturing authentic relationships. In this workshop, we will focus on restoring our connection with this primal energy and releasing unprocessed memories from the womb up to the present day.

This workshop offers a powerful opportunity to explore the intricate connection with our mothers and how it manifests in our daily lives through various patterns and behaviors.

Throughout our time together, we will engage in practices such assomatic and energetic de-armoring, conscious breathing, movement, and the transmission of life force energy to restore our inner sense of flow and release body based traumas.

Participating in this integrative practice provides a transformative experience, as it recalibrates your nervous system to a regulated state. Consequently, you will navigate life with a renewed sense of wonder, curiosity, and profound interconnectedness.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE SESSION:

To participate, ensure you have a yoga mat or a blanket, as well as a towel for lying down comfortably. Position your camera to capture your body from the hips up while seated and when lying down. It's crucial to have your camera switched on throughout the session. Opt for joining from your laptop for the best experience, rather than a phone or tablet. For optimal sound quality, use earphones.

No prior experience or fluency in English is necessary. Participants from around the globe join these sessions.
