I’m a strong advocate for online sessions because they show you that healing isn’t about me “fixing” you, it’s about you reclaiming your connection with your body and your own power. These sessions equip you with tools and practices you can continue using on your own, long after we finish. This is a deeply personal, transformative experience tailored exclusively to you. At the heart of our work is somatic alignment, releasing chronic tension or illness, trauma, and stress held in your body and nervous system. But the session often goes beyond that, weaving in powerful modalities like energetic and physical healing of your reproductive system, womb work, emotional unburdening, and intuitive activation. Together, we’ll access the root causes of pain and emotional blocks stored in your body, unlocking emotional freedom, body wisdom, and authentic power. Who Is This For? If unresolved trauma, stress, anxiety, or emotional blocks have been shaping your beliefs and behaviors, this session is for you. Especially if you’ve lost connection with your body or your inner energy, this work will help you reconnect and reclaim your power. Clients that receive Womb work are the ones that struggle with infertility, gone through abuse, abortions or have had traumatic birth, or want to reclaim their femininity, pleasure and joy. What Happens During Your Session? - Dynamic movement & breathwork to awaken energy and soothe the nervous system - Somatic de-armouring - Armours or shields are formed due to our inability to process certain specific events in our lives. These armours shape our behaviours, shape or personalities and influence our nervous system state. During the session the armours are removed through a physical and energetic touch (I don't need to be physically present for the process to happen). - Energy transmission & activation to restore your body’s natural flow of life force - Reproductive system & womb healing to clear deep emotional imprints and trauma What You’ll Gain - Regulated nervous system and relief from anxiety and overwhelm - Release of stuck trauma and tension - Awakening of intuition and inner wisdom - A deeper, embodied connection to your body and inner energy You will receive an instruction email and onboarding form together with zoom link a week before the session.
Cancellation Policy
1. Refund Policy: Once payment is made, refunds will not be possible. 2. Rescheduling Procedure: Any changes to the scheduled session date must be requested at least 72 hours before the original session time. Failure to provide sufficient notice within this timeframe will result in the inability to reschedule the session. 3. Communication: Clients are responsible for communicating any changes or cancellations promptly. Notifications should be sent via email or the agreed-upon communication channel. 4. Exceptional Circumstances: In case of unforeseen circumstances preventing the client from attending the session, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the practitioner. 6. Late Arrivals: Clients are encouraged to arrive promptly for their sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session duration, as the practitioner's schedule may not permit extensions.
