Somatic Energy Alignment is a powerful practice that facilitates the restoration of our innate state of abundant flow by releasing stagnant energy and physical imprints stemming from past traumatic or stressful experiences.
During our sessions, we place emphasis on the profound connection between breath and movement to release tension and emotional blockages from different parts of our body, while the Kundalini energy regenerates us on a cellular level.
