Our final Somatic Alignment Online Workshop of the year is a journey back home — into the body, into safety, into the magnetic field of the heart.

When our nervous system feels safe, the heart opens, our energy field expands, and life begins to respond to our vibration.
But when we live in protection — guarded, tense, or disconnected — our energy contracts. The field weakens. We lose touch with the natural flow of receiving.
