Jeannie, our Lead Teacher in Canada, brings an extensive background in osteopathy and craniosacral therapy. In this introductory workshop, she will guide Somatic Alignment practitioners in exploring cranial nerve function and its role in regulation—a foundational aspect of somatic practice.

Participants will learn:

  • Which cranial nerves have the greatest influence on regulation and embodiment

  • How cranial nerve function can affect posture, breathing, facial tension, digestion, vision, and emotional regulation

  • Two simple techniques that can be safely integrated into client sessions
